Terms & Conditions

Our policy on equipment hire


When renting clubs from us you do not pay for your rental until delivery. On delivery you have the option to pay by cash or card. If you pay by payment card, by acknowledging these Terms & Conditions, you authorise us to charge your card for any late, stolen, lost, non-returned or broken equipment. If you pay by cash, we expect you to present a card or pay by cash for the same. Please see clause 3.



1 – “Equipment” shall mean the golf equipment hired from us.

1.2 – “First Hire Day” and “Last Hire Day” shall mean the first and last days respectively on which the Equipment is being hired by you.

1.3 – “Hire Period” shall mean the period during which the Equipment is being hired and will commence on the First Hire Day and terminate on the Last Hire Day.


2.1 – Booking Date: accept bookings made up to 12 months in advance.

2.2 – Minimum hire duration:
The minimum Hire Period is 4 days.

2.3 – Maximum Hire duration:
The maximum Hire Period is 6 weeks.

2.4 – Subject to Availability:
We make every effort to provide you with the Equipment you order. However, all our equipment is subject to availability due to unforeseen factors such as Equipment not returned on time, broken, lost or stolen Equipment. If the Equipment you order is not available, we will make every effort to supply you with similar or superior Equipment.



3.1 – All hires and purchases that you make through will be paid for by means of a valid payment card or cash at the time of delivery. If you pay by payment card, by acknowledging these Terms & Conditions, you authorise us to charge your card for any late, stolen, lost, non-returned or broken equipment. If you pay by cash, we expect you to present a card or pay by cash for the same.



4.1 – Delivery & pickup of Equipment:
Equipment shall be delivered on the First Hire Day to a mutually agreed location and shall be collected on the Last Hire Day at the mutually agreed location.

4.2 – Clients who book more than one set of clubs when making their booking will need the other golfers to produce their passport at delivery.

4.3 – For clubs to be released on delivery clients must be present and produce their passport, credit card and order confirmation number.



5.1 – Duties of

i. Provide the Equipment on the First Hire Day, subject to clause 2.4

ii. Ensure that the Equipment is fit for purpose

5.2 – Your duties

i. Pay the price referred to in Clause 6

ii. Not to use the Equipment imprudently

iii. Allow TenerifeGolfClubHire to examine the Equipment at any time.

iv. Allow any urgent repairs to the Equipment

v. Inform immediately if there is any fault or defect

vi. Return the Equipment in its initial condition on the Last Hire Day

5.3 – Repossession of Equipment: reserves the right to request the return of the Equipment or to repossess the Equipment if you do not comply with your duties as above, or if the Equipment appears to be abandoned. In the event of repossession, reserves the right demand for the full Hire Period or for any period thereof.



6.1 – All prices shall be as listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. The prices are guaranteed for the hire associated to the confirmed booking. The prices take into account all mandatory charges and include Value Added Tax or any other local tax. website prices are charged in Euros.

6.2 – Additional charges may be levied in the following situations:
i.Damages & Theft: up to the limit of the Equipment’s replacement cost.
ii.Failure to Return the Equipment: failure to return the Equipment for any reason on the Last Hire Day or when requested to do so by will result in you being charged the full amount of the manufacturer’s replacement cost for the Equipment, in addition to any charges for the Hire Period.



7.1 – Card Payment will charge your payment card on delivery for the amount due for the entire Hire Period and by accepting these Terms and Conditions you hereby authorize this charge. In addition, you also authorize to charge your payment card for any late, lost, stolen, broken, non-returned equipment in accordance with Clause 6.2 and for all other amounts payable under these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 – Cash Payment can accept cash on delivery for the amount due for the entire Hire Period. With reference to clause 6.2, you accept you will be liable for charges for non-returned, borken lost or stolen equipment.

7.3 – Method of payment for Card Payments
Payment can be made using the following methods:
“Mastercard” debit or credit card, and “Visa” debit or credit. Payment using any of these cards is accepted in accordance with the limits authorised by your card issuer.



8.1- Cancellations: You may cancel this agreement at any time by notifying by email of your intention to cancel. Club hire can only be cancelled by email. Phone cancellations cannot be accepted. In the case of cancellations, the following is our cancellation policy:
Cancellation is free if done within 7 days of Hire Period.

8.2- Unused Booking: Equipment that is scheduled to be delivered up will be kept for 12 hours and then cancelled. 

8.3-Changing bookings and Extension of Hire Period. We will do our best to accommodate any changes that you may wish to make to your booking, including any extension that you may wish to make to the hire period. Please note, however, that any such changes are subject to availability particularly when requested within 72 hours or less of your first hire day.



9.1 – Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect the statutory rights of any consumer or exclude or restrict any liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence or fraud of .You expressly acknowledge and agree that, its officers, directors, employees or representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the online booking.

9.2 – Neither party shall be liable for failure in its performance hereunder caused by any case of Force Majeure. Force Majeure shall be considered as any irresistible or unforeseeable event, independent of the party suffering of the case of Force Majeure, which prevents this party from fulfilling its obligations.

9.3 – You do not acquire any ownership or other interest in the Equipment.



When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address and mobile number. Client’s payment card details are processed for payment by a third party in a secure system operated by Banca March. do not keep a record of your credit card number. We will record which products you book and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide.
This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience.
We do not hold or store any customer’s financial details.



When you place an order on our website, you are connected to our secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input.
Furthermore, all information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the European GDPR law.
